He attended Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering, attended Columbus University working towards his Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law degree and is currently attending Pepperdine University for his MBA degree. John Moynahan Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President (consultant) Born 1958 Mr. Moynahan has been a treasurer for four years and CFO for 13 years of publicly-traded companies ranging from development stage to a billion dollars in annual revenues.  During this span, Mr. Moynahan has been responsible for SEC reporting and compliance. David Walker Vice President of Corporate Development   Born 1958   Advisor since 2002   Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science from UCLA and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.     Other positions       Mr. Walker served as Director of Corporate Development/Strategic Planning at Infonet Services Corporation (NYSE:IN) Mr. Walker served as Chief Financial Officer of VolumeFoods, Inc.   Peter Hamm Vice President of Talent Management/Modeling & Media Development   Born 1966   Peter Hamm, previous CEO of Nouveau Model and Talent Management Inc. and partner with Janice Dickinson in the Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency located in Hollywood, CA.  is known throughout the model and talent industry for having an amazing eye for talent.  Peter has been instrumental in discovering and building up the careers of many model and actors. Peter is also currently appearing on My Network TV’s IFL battleground show as a celebrity judge.  He received his B.A. in business management at San Diego State University.   Other positions       Mr. Hamm is a licensed talent agent and also has SAG and AFTRA licensing.   Alina Poulson Sales and Marketing Director   Ms. Poulson graduated from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising College in Los with a bachelor's degree in Design and Merchandise.   James Host Board Member   Mr. Host is Secretary of the Commonwealth of Kentucky Commerce Cabinet and previous Chairman of Host Communications. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and was awarded one of the University's first baseball scholarships. He played briefly in the Chicago White Sox system until an arm injury forced him to retire.     Other positions       Mr. Host brings 47 years of live entertainment, media and management expertise to PSEI. He Currently is the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Kentucky Commerce Cabinet and most recently held the position Chairman of Host Communications, named one of the top five sports marketing companies in the world by SportsBusiness Journal in May 2000. He has received a number of honors from myriad interests. Mr. Host was named to the University of Kentucky Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame and the state of Kentucky's Athletic Hall of Fame. In 2001, he received one of Kentucky's top civic awards, Kentuckian of the Year by the Chandler Foundation. He is also a member of the Travel Industry of America's Hall of Leaders and the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Directors Hall of Fame.   David Ficksman Advisor to the Board   Advisor since 2002   DAVID L. FICKSMAN is a partner at Loeb & Loeb, LLP in the Century City office. Mr. Ficksman received his A.B. in Political Science from Tufts University, and a J.D. and his LL.M. from New York University School of Law.     Other positions       Mr. Ficksman is a member of the State Bar of California and the New York State Bar.

	He was a Michigan State University two time All American Running Back, a Rose Bowl Participant, a member of two National Collegiate and Big Ten Championship Teams, a recipient of the prestigious college"Sophomore of the Year" award and was drafted by the World Champion Green Bay Packers (NFL).
